Stewart and Leiana's Addition

Situated at the base of the Helderberg Mountain Chain, Stewart and Leiana wanted to renovate their home to take full advantage of the beautiful scenery. We transformed their back deck and pool area adding an addition with a walk out basement, large wrap around deck, front porch, new hardscapes, siding and new roof. We also renovated the master bedroom, reconfiguring the layout  to utilize the balcony and situate the point of view to the mountains. In the four-season room, lots of windows and a fireplace were added creating a space they can use year round. A two tier 1,200 square foot Trex deck was also installed tying the first floor down to the pool area with updated hardscapes to create an outdoor space great for having friends and family in the summer. Keeping with a modern theme, a black metal roof was installed on the garage along with James Hardi siding and our signature cedar trim creating a finish that has made their house truly unrecognizable and now taking full advantage of its perfect location.
