Customer's Joe and Laura wanted to build their dream home on property they owned in East Greenbush. Situated on 30 acres, this 5,800 custom home was designed to give them everything they could imagine while taking full advantage of the beautiful scenery surrounding it. With an open floor plan, the family room and kitchen are centrally located with large windows viewing a private pond located on property. You walk out onto a large deck and screen porch surrounded by sprawling forestry and enjoy the space finished with Doug Fir trim work and Trex decking. On the inside each space was carefully designed to provide a unique aesthetic and combine modern features with a rustic feel. C & J transformed Stewart and Leiana's home at the base of Helderberg Mountain Chain. They added a walk-out basement, wrap-around deck, front porch, new hardscapes, siding, and roof. The master bedroom was renovated, and a-season room with a fireplace was added. A two-tier 1,200 sq ft Trex deck was installed, and a black metal roof was added to the garage.

John and Lauren's modern lake house spans 3,900 sq ft with 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a walk-out basement, and a detached garage. It boasts custom interiors, heated floors, a smart home system, and a custom steel support system. The property also features hardscapes, walkways, and a fire pit.

C & J transformed a small farmhouse into a 4,150 square feet, 5-bedroom, 3 1/2 bath home. The renovation included adding a two-story addition and modernizing the home while keeping the original farmhouse feel. The exterior was updated with James Hardi  siding and a cedar ceiling screen porch. The interior features a large great room with a Rumsford Fireplace, custom built-in seating, and smart home features.

Sara and Jay renovated to utilize light provided from the back yard and combine the large space between their family room and kitchen. By removing walls and adding windows C & J allowed for them to update cabinetry, install a larger island and utilize the space they had in a more efficient way. With designs by Designers Studio in Saratoga we took this once simple and outdated space to the next level. New cabinetry, appliances and quartz tops were installed along with an upgrade to the trim in the dining room, family room fireplace, and foyer.
